| Warranty Instructions for All DKNY Sunglasses!
DKNY Sunglasses 1 Year Manufactures Warranty Term & Conditions
All sunglass warranties are filled directly thru Luxottica Inc the parent company of DKNY eyewear.
Manufacture Warranty: DKNY warrants all DKNY sunglasses against breakage due to defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Scratched lenses are considered normal wear and are not covered under warranty. (See Free Breakage Guarantee)
If you feel you have a claim or service is required, send the sunglasses with proof of date purchased, postage paid and insured with delivery confirmation for your protection to:

Please make sure you include a non-refundable processing fee of $12.50 with your sunglasses along with your name, return address, and a brief description of the defect or damage. If the sunglasses are returned within the warranty period, and DKNY finds that the breakage was due to a defect in material or workmanship, the sunglasses will be repaired or replaced at our option and returned to the sender.
