JOINS ARNETTE TEAM

Arnette sunglasses announced today that surfer, author and
actress Sanoe Lake has signed on as the newest member of the Arnette Team. Sanoe
is the one of first female spokespersons to join the Arnette squad, and will be
instrumental in developing the Arnette women’s program. She joins a team of
premier athletes such as Bruce Irons, Willy Santos, and Scott Byerly. The
addition of Sanoe to the team signifies Arnette’s commitment to bolstering a
solid presence in the women’s market.

Sanoe has been immersed in surf culture
since childhood. Born in Kauai to champion surfer Laola Lake, Sanoe began
surfing at the age of six under the watchful eye of her mother. At 16, Sanoe was
discovered while riding the waves of Oahu, and it wasn’t long thereafter that
her career took off as a pro-surfer and model. In 2002, Sanoe began a successful
acting career when she co-starred in the hit summer film Blue
Crush.
